Librarian mental health is a popular topic in the literature and around the conference circuit. Adult ADHD is often overlooked by medical professionals while treating common comorbidities. This session will focus on the rise of adult ADHD diagnoses and what the current research is saying about comorbidities and treatments. We'll look at what resources are available to help manage ADHD and ways to incorporate those strategies into day-to-day life.
