I’ve been designing and leading professional learning for over 25 years for audiences ranging from industry and non-profit to K-12 and higher education. I believe learning should be personalized and engaging. For adult learners, I design content to build on existing knowledge and encourage recognition of transferable skills. The ideal learning opportunity will provide learners the skills to learn how to learn.

Technology tools are my passion. I’m always looking for ways to increase efficiency and incorporate technology to save time and energy.

I'm proficient with the following tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360 and Camtasia. I am a Google Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Certified Trainer and can efficiently utilize both suites of tools.

I am an expert Zoom and Microsoft Teams facilitator; in addition, I have used other online meeting platforms such as WebEx to facilitate training. I've been providing virtual instructor-led training (VILT) since 2007 and have an Insync Virtual Synchronous Certification.

In my free time, I enjoy creating through embroidery, sewing, crocheting and more. I also love to hike in the hills.
